The sports pages may be full of Bradley Wiggins and co, but it was a different team from Sky that got off their bikes at the National Football Museum this afternoon (Thurs 12 July).
Sky Sports News presenters Rob Wotton and Julian Waters were joined by Clare Tomlinson and Iain Dowie for the latest leg of a 400 mile charity bike ride from St James' Park in Exeter to St James' Park, Newcastle, which ended outside the museum.
The Cycle For Dylan ride is in aid of Cure For Dylan, a charity set up for 2 year old Dylan Souter, raising money for Rett Syndrome. This severe neurological disease affects its sufferers ability to walk and talk, but there's great hope of developing a cure. Clare Tomlinson added: "It's a disease that causes terrible suffering, but it is curable, so we really need people to donate whatever they can."
