The Museum

The Museum is only 10 minutes from the M6 Motorway at Junction 31 in the heart
of the North West making it the perfect destination to build into any day trip
itinerary.
The Museum is a great stop on the way to other destinations
like the Lake District or Blackpool.
Over 1,500 objects are on display at any one time as visitors are invited to
take a trip through the living history of football in the Museum's exciting,
informative and interactive exhibitions. 30,000 objects are held in the Museum's
stores and are rotated regularly to ensure the exhibitions are kept fresh and
interesting.
