Second Half Gallery
In the Second Half you can test your skills and play a hands-on role as you get to grips with our range of interactive exhibits.

Why not try your hand at table football with a difference? All the action is filmed so that you can enjoy replaying the highlights from your game.

Gary Lineker invites you to take part in a special edition of Match of the Day. Become a guest panelist and show the pundits how it should be done. (The Museum is currently updating and improving this interactive in a collaborative project with the University of Central Lancashire and funding from the DCMS/Wolfson Foundation. A test version is now available for visitors to try.)

Players and Skills, Grounds, Rules, Tactics, Equipment and Fans are all interactive themes for visitors to enjoy as they journey around Playing the Game exhibition. Gabby Yorath (now Gaby Logan), Jimmy Hill and Mark Lawrenson share their expertise with the visitor through exclusive sound commentary.

The Second Half also contains the Deepdale View exhibition, which provides a fascinating insight into the birth of a football club through the experiences of Preston North End. A viewing platform allows visitors to see into the historic stadium, the oldest football league ground in the world.

Try out your penalty shoot-out skills with Goalstriker! Under 7s can play in our Footy Fun Zone.

Regularly changing temporary exhibitions can be enjoyed in the Temporary Exhibitions Gallery.
