Don’s Disciples – Bernard Kelly Print

Product Description

Picking Sides is a series of paintings featuring  some of the teams, players and managers who’ve left their mark on the history of the English game.

Don Revie was Leeds manager during the club’s most successful period to date. He arrived as player-manager and immediately began changing the then second division side. The team kit changed from blue and yellow to all white to mirror Real Madrid, the club he aspired Leeds to become like. Under Revie Leeds developed an aggressively defensive and intimidating style of play practiced by players of great individual skills.  It was a style that brought success as, under Revie, Leeds won 2 League titles, one FA Cup, one League Cup and 2 Inter Cities Fairs Cups.

Artist Bernard Kelly’s work has featured on numerous Football club websites, TV stations as well as having exhibitions sponsorship by The PFA

The print is available in A4, either framed or unframed, and in original full size (42 x 59.4 cm) in a high quality sleek black frame.
