Stuart Roy Clarke started documenting football following disasters at Bradford, Heysel and Hillsborough. He began photographing the game from the supporters’ perspective – capturing their joy, humour, despair and humanity. The result of this 25 year odyssey is a collection of stunning images about our obsession for football. Stauart’s work is on permanent display at the National Football Museum and his distinct and unique take on what is happening off the pitch has been embraced by The Premier League, The Football League, UEFA, FIFA and The Football Supporters Federation amongst many other official bodies. This is a magnificent collection of images that will fascinate anyone interested in our national game.
