Updates to deliveries during Covid-19
We’re continuing to send orders out despite the museum being currently closed. Please do allow a few more days than usual for your delivery to arrive as we’re currently operating with less staff than usual.
Please note that all timescales are approximate and may be subject to change. Thanks for bearing with us, we’ll do our very best to get your order to you in time.

UK Standard Delivery
We categorise our items into lightweight, standard and heavy, based on what it costs us to send them. This is our way of providing you with the best value and making sure you only cover the cost of postage and no more.
Lightweight items are delivered to UK addresses for £3.95, standard items for £5.95 and heavy items for £9.95. Signed memorabilia is delivered at a cost of £12.50.
Collect from the museum
Collection from the museum isn’t currently available but when we are open you can collect your items from the museum shop. Just select Collect In Store at the checkout then pop in and see us whenever you like! We are open every day from 10.30am until 4pm. This option has the added bonus of being able to have a look around the museum and check out what we have going on!

CUSTOMS & DUTY
All items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries, including all EU countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such cost.
We are unable to advise what the thresholds and rates are for other countries as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary significantly between countries and even items. If upon delivery there are any additional charges due our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday.

Europe and Rest of World deliveries are sent by Airmail and can normally be expected to arrive within 7 days. However we ask that you allow 14 days from dispatch before contacting customer services.
Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic dispatch times may be longer as our staff and suppliers are working on reduced hours.
Orders may be delivered in a re-used or recycled box as part of the National Football Museum commitment to the environment, focusing on reducing its paper and cardboard consumption.
