Faye White is one of the most decorated players in the English women’s game, having amassed an incredible 31 trophies during her long playing career with Arsenal Ladies.  She also gained 90 caps for England, most of them as captain.

White played for Horsham Ladies as a youngster and remarkably gained her first international call up for England whilst there as a 16 year old.  Debuting against Scotland in 1997, White was honoured with the captaincy by Hope Powell five years later and kept the armband for a decade until her international retirement in 2012.

White led England to the quarter-finals of both the 2007 and 2011 World Cups and to two European Championships, including the final in 2009, when the Lionesses missed out to Germany.

During a stellar 17 year career with Arsenal, White made exactly 300 appearances, scoring 22 goals from the heart of the Gunners’ defence.

The personal tally of 31 trophies includes ten Premier League titles (including seven consecutively), nine FA Cups and six League Cups and is inclusive of a quadruple, two trebles and four doubles!

White was recognised for services to Sport in the Queen's New Year's Honours List 2007, being appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE).

Since retirement, White has combined media work with a new role at Arsenal, as Marketing Officer for the Ladies team.
