We want every visit to the National Football Museum to be a premier one and to help us reach the top division, we’d like to know what you really think.

Please take ten minutes to give us your opinions about the museum and football in general by filling in the survey below. And, if you’ve never visited us before or have friends or family who haven’t we’d also love to know why.
