Gift Shop

Our Gift Shop has a range of football souvenirs and memorabilia for fans of all ages. We also work with local, independent creators to bring exclusive and unique product ranges to our visitors.

The Dugout café

Why not treat yourself to a half-time brew or some post-match grub? The Dugout café offers a fresh, locally sourced menu of snacks and treats alongside a great range of hot and cold drinks. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.

Please note that food and drink are not permitted within the galleries.


Guided Tours

We offer three free guided tours every day. There is no need to book in advance, just meet your tour guide at the start of the Match Gallery.

Museum Highlights: 11am and 2pm (45-minute tour)

Trails & Activity Sheets

Don’t forget to pick up our free trail and activity sheets when you arrive! These help bring our collections and displays alive, and are perfect to keeping the little ones entertained during your visit.

Prayer Room

Our multi-faith Prayer Room is located on the ground floor, next to the Gift Shop.


Toilets, Baby Changing & Breast Feeding

There are toilet and baby changing facilities throughout the museum in the Pitch Gallery, Match Gallery and Play Gallery.

Accessible toilets with baby changing are in the Pitch Gallery on the ground floor.

The National Football Museum is a member of Breastfeeding-friendly Manchester, a scheme managed by Manchester City Council to encourage more mothers to breastfeed in public places. https://www.manchester.gov.uk/breastfeedingfriendly


Buggy Store

Pushchairs are welcome throughout the museum. We also offer a buggy storage area in the Pitch Gallery on the ground floor. Please note that items are left at your own risk.
