Make Your Own Crown activity Calendar

Emulate Eric Cantona in Michael Browne's The Art of the Game painting and make your very own football crown to take home with you.

'King Eric' was depicted wearing the ornate headwear in the iconic football painting, on display as part of Browne and Cantona's From Moss Side to Marseille exhibition.

Younger visitors can replicate the stance and the style by making their very own cardboard crowns in the Pitch Gallery, cutting out and colouring their chosen bands and attaching precious jewels and stones.

Once you have been coronated downstairs, why not head up to the Score Gallery and compare your crown to that of the king himself?

This activity will be taking place every day during February half term between 11am and 2pm, and is included with your admission ticket.
