Pre-Season Friendly: Relaxed Morning Calendar

The National Football Museum is opening its doors early for those with autism and other needs, exploring why football is the game of our lives in a relaxed environment.

Admission to the museum for the revamped Relaxed Morning is free, and is suitable for visitors aged 5 and above. There's no need to book - just come along and enjoy the activities!

Families can explore the galleries in a calm and relaxed environment before the general public access. Gallery sound levels will be minimal with ear defenders and a quiet room available. There will be plenty of opportunities to kick a football around in our fun interactives, while non-football fans can enjoy craft activities like our Roy of the Rovers comic book workshop, our object handling table and our new textural trails, exploring the game across the galleries through touch and textures.

This Relaxed Morning session is a pre-season trial, with additional dates to be confirmed in due course.
