Early Years Sessions at National Football Museum

Little Kickers Story Time

Bring your little kickers to the Museum to take part in one of our interactive story sessions for Early Years pupils. These multi-sensory sessions use puppets, song and movement to bring the museum to life for little ones! The sessions take place in our Discovery Zone, a dedicated space for under 5s and also involve group exploration of the Museum and its intriguing objects. All our story sessions support the EYFS prime areas, in particular, communications and language development. There are three sessions to choose from:

Little Kickers Story Time: Pickles! Meet Pickles the dog and find out how he used his doggy detective skills to sniff out the stolen world cup trophy!

Little Kickers Story Time: The Way Home Football and his friends are lost and need to get back to the nursery. Join in their adventure as they try to find their way home under the watchful eye of mysterious Ref– Fairy. Only team work and fair play will help them succeed!

Little Kickers Story Time: Farmyard Footie The animals on the farm are bored; what better way than a game of football to keep them entertained! Two feet or four, they all work together to make their own game!
